FAQ's
1. All orders are processed in order of receipt. Most items
ship within 3 Business Days.
2. Any order received when an item is "Out of Stock"; will be
cancelled, if item can not ship within 10 days.
3. RenBlades.com ships via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground &
Fed-Ex Ground.
4. All items ship directly from our warehouse in Merrill, WI
54452
5. Tracking information is "Automatically e-mailed" to the provided
e-mail account at time of purchase.
(There may be a delay in status
updates, due to time of day of shipper scan of package.)
6. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to make sure that
items meet all applicable federal / state / local laws.
7. RenBlades has the right to cancel any order it deems unsafe.
8. All returns must have a "Return Authorization Number". All
packages returned without proper documentation will be returned.

9. All financial transactions are done via Paypal.com on a secure
server. RenBlades.com does not have access to any of your personal
information.
10. RenBlades DOES NOT sell your information nor do we share your
purchase information with anyone.
11. RenBlades.com will provide Federal / State / Local Law
enforcement information regarding your purchase. We will not give
personal information since we DO NOT collect this information.
12. All wholesale orders must have a copy of Resellers permit on
file.
